Professional Carpet Inspection and Cleaning on the Big Island

Carpets add coziness to our homes and come in many shades and textures to match your aesthetic. However, as lovely as it is to own carpet, the biggest and most unavoidable enemy is dirt. Soiled carpets wear out faster because of foot traffic which causes the dirt to get ground into the carpet fibers. If you’ve noticed your carpet has faded colors and stains, you can count on FloorPro Hawaii for carpet inspection and cleaning on the Big Island of Hawaii.

We use only the highest quality equipment and cleaning agents for a deep clean that is gentle on the fabric. Carpet inspections are conducted to ascertain the best course of action and determine which agents will work best. Our team has the skills and knowledge to ensure no damage is done to your carpet when you rely on our services.

Our cleaning process is as follows:

Step 1: Pre-Inspection

Our technicians will walk through your home or place of business with you to visually inspect the carpet. They will identify potential permanent stains and give you an evaluation of expected results, as well as listen to any concerns you may have. Once service is approved, tarps are then placed on any hard floor surfaces not being cleaned and corner guards are placed to protect walls from our hoses entering your home.

Step 2: Furniture Moving

Our regular pricing includes moving standard sized sofas, chairs, tables and smaller items. All personal items and breakables must be removed before we move any furniture.

Step 3: Pre-condition

A special preconditioning agent is applied to break down embedded soil and general spots for a more thorough cleaning.

Step 4: Pre-spot

Difficult spots are pre-treated with special solutions to increase chances of removal.

Step 5: Pre-grooming/Agitation

A professional carpet groomer or rotary brush machine is used to further loosen the soil.

Step 6: Soil Extraction and Rinse

Carpet is then thoroughly soft water rinsed using a powerful truck mounted extraction cleaning system without over wetting the carpet or leaving a sticky residue behind.

Step 7: Neutralizer

Every carpet that we clean is pH balanced afterwards so that there is no sticky residue left behind.

Step 8: Post Spot

Spots or stains still remaining will get extra treatment with our many specialty spotting solutions.
